This Privacy Policy explains what information Anthivera ("we," "us," "[ENTITY NAME]") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using Anthivera, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect#

  • Information you give us. If you subscribe to our email list or download a guide, we collect your email address and, where applicable, which page or guide prompted the signup. If you contact us, we collect whatever information you include in your message.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics data — pages visited, approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, referring site, and similar usage data — through analytics tools. We use this to understand what content is useful and to improve the site.
  • Information we do NOT collect. We do not ask for or collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or medical records. Please do not send us sensitive personal or health information. Anthivera is not a medical provider and is not set up to safeguard that kind of information.

How we use information#

To send you the emails or guides you requested; to operate, analyze, and improve the site; to communicate with you if you contact us; and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information#

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate — for example, our email platform and analytics provider — who process data on our behalf.
  • Legal and safety — if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — if Anthivera is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Email choices#

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. You can also email hello@anthivera.com to be removed.

Cookies and tracking#

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features. We do not currently serve third-party advertising cookies.

Data security#

We take reasonable measures designed to protect the information we collect. As required under New York's SHIELD Act and general good practice, we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights#

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California and certain other states have specific rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any right, email hello@anthivera.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children#

Anthivera is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact hello@anthivera.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy#

We may update this policy. The "updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
